| Applicable to: All filed retail rate schedules referencing this clause.
Rate Charges: Energy Conservation Service (ECS), $0.25 per month per customer. State regulations mandate that a fee be collected from all customers to cover the cost of the Energy Conservation Service. The budget for the Energy Conservation Service is one quarter of one percent of the gross revenues of the previous year as reported to the Massachusetts DPU. Effective: June 1, 1996
