Rate Schedule:
Residential General Service, Interruptible (Rate 11)

Rate 11 applies to any separately metered interruptible service. A customer must be on RATE 10 in order to be eligible for RATE 11.

Character of Service:

120/240 volt, 3 wire, single phase

Rate Charges:

1. Any charges due under Rate 10 plus
2. Interruptible Energy Charge: $0.0611 per kWh
3. PCA charges will apply to the total number of kilowatt-hours used under Rate 10 and Rate 11.
4. PASNY credits will apply to the total number of kilowatt-hours used under Rate 10 and 11.

Terms:

As specified under Rate 10.

Conditions:

All dwelling units will be individually metered under RATE 10. Common use will be metered and billed separately to building owner. A customer must be on RATE 10 in order to be eligible for RATE 11. RATE 11 will be metered separately and billed at the Interruptible Energy Charge rate. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply an approved separate service including a LELD approved meter socket for the purpose of installing an interruptible meter and/or control device. The Department reserves the right to interrupt service under RATE 11 at any time for any length of time. All applications for service for RATE 11 must meet Department approval before a meter is installed.
