NEPPA’s external mutual aid program was created in 2013. A guidebook is available at link below. The program covers all necessary information for utilities or mutual aid programs outside of New England to request assistance from NEPPA and its members. The guidebook also covers how NEPPA members and the NEPPA Mutual Aid program request and coordinate support from outside, when needed. Also included in the guide are samples of contracts, tailboard briefing sheets, and standard information sheets.
