The Water Use Rules and Regulations govern the use of this water system, as adopted by the Board of Water Commissioners on April 26, 2023.
For businesses required by law to install and maintain backflow prevention devices, the Littleton Water Department has certified inspectors on staff. MA DEP CMR 22.22 requires LWD to test backflow devices up to two times per year depending on the type of device.
