A Tradition of Community Service

In addition to delivering electricity and water, we serve the community in many other ways. Our employees proudly lend a hand on community projects and utilize our special equipment and expertise to assist our fellow municipal departments in Littleton and Boxborough. Here is a sampling of our community service.

Our commitment to energy conservation and renewable energy is seen in the electric vehicle charging stations, located on Great Road, Reuben Hoar Library, Sargent Library, and at our offices on Ayer Road.

And we demonstrate to students how we deliver clean drinking water to the homes in Littleton and manage runoff from storms.
Through our 2015 Boxborough Community Grant, we were able to provide percussion equipment for the Blanchard School Band.

At one of the yearly school field trips, linemen Rob Hunt and Evan Gioumbakis explain the hazards of electricity in and around the homes and neighborhoods.
We also enjoy hosting school field trips to teach students about electrical power and how to stay safe around electricity.
Our crews installed new fiber optic cable and antennas for the Boxborough Police and Fire Departments to improve their Communications systems.
